Welcome to philippou.art (Stephanos Philippou).
By purchasing from this website or subscribing to the Monthly Art Mail Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, prints, 3D-printed items, and digital content provided by philippou.art (Stephanos Philippou) are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. The purchase of a physical artwork or product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the items purchased without express written permission from the artist.
2. Exhibition Rights (Loan Clause)
The artist retains the right to borrow any original artwork sold through this shop for public exhibition purposes. This right is limited to once every two (2) years. The artist agrees to provide reasonable notice to the collector before borrowing the piece. The artist shall be fully responsible for all shipping costs and comprehensive insurance coverage for the artwork during the duration of the loan.
3. Pricing, Shipping, and Risk of Loss
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the items pass to the purchaser at the moment the items are handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Customs and Duties: For international orders, the purchaser is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
4. Returns and Damaged Goods
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not possible.
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
In the event that an item arrives damaged, the purchaser must notify the artist via stephanos@philippou.art within 48 hours of receipt. A claim for a replacement or resolution will only be considered if the purchaser provides clear photographic proof of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
5. Monthly Art Mail Club Subscription
- Billing: Subscribers are billed on the same calendar day each month that they initially subscribed.
- Cycles: Billing cycles run from the 1st to the 31st of the month for the following month’s edition.
- Shipping: The artist makes every reasonable effort to ship subscription packages within the first week of each month.
- Cancellations: Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time directly through the Ko-fi platform where they registered.
6. 3D Printed Products: Materials and Usage
3D-printed items are manufactured using PLA and PETG filaments.
- Quality Variance: Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, each item is unique. Minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight imperfections are standard characteristics of the process and are not considered defects.
- Usage: Please use these items responsibly. Keep away from extreme heat (which may cause warping) and keep out of reach of small children or pets, as some items may pose a choking hazard.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, philippou.art (Stephanos Philippou) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any products purchased. The total liability of the artist for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for that specific item.
