This watercolor painting captures one of my favorite views in the world as I approached Belgrade from the sky. Below, the iconic brutalist buildings of Novi Beograd create a striking urban landscape, reflecting the city’s unique architectural identity. Through this piece, I aimed to convey the excitement and beauty of landing in a city that holds a special place in my heart, celebrating both the view and the feelings it evokes.
2022 – Belgrade
This colorful study showcases a close-up view of fibers playfully interweaving with one another, created with watercolor and fineliner. I aimed to capture the dynamic movement and texture of the fibers, highlighting their vibrant colors and intricate patterns. This piece is a celebration of the beauty found in the details and the interplay of elements that can create a harmonious composition.
2019 – Nicosia
This artwork presents an imaginative facade of a Parisian chapel, inspired by the architectural grandeur of Notre Dame. Created using watercolors and fineliners, I aimed to blend the historical essence of Gothic architecture with my own creative vision. The intricate details and vibrant colors bring the facade to life, inviting viewers to step into this fictional world that echoes the beauty of Parisian landmarks.
